Ok i still don't know what the things really do people have try to explain but i just not comprehending it. I bought a schematic for a chemical recycler from a loot whore for 250k i feel kinda stupid doing this but I am hoping something will turn my opinion of crafting around and make me interested again.So i try and use it then search for a recycler blueprint in my crafting machine and I can't find it? Shouldn't they have there own category?like weapons ,armor,traps, recyclers?Do I use a general crafting tool a structure tool or what? will it say Chemical recycler? I am so confused they never really explain this very well?Please help!!!

They run resources into their "base" type... kammris iron -> smelted iron, dolovite iron -> smelted iron. Then you can stack all the "smelted" bits together to get a large chunk. All stats on any recycled resources are 200.
I'd say you overpaid for the schem, considering how easy they are to loot, it's the subparts like agitator motors, feed tubes, etc that are harder to get, and should be worth more.
As for what crafting tool, i have 3 in my pad, and they're all at the "generic" list of a W/D/G tool. Will theoretically show up on a generic crafting tool as well.

....continued all stats 200 that sucks i would rather delete the small stacks than fool with it as I am a weaponsmith and need specific resorces which is what i thought these things might do. You would think they would actually make something so hard to aquire worth having.Instead just another boring day in crafting world.

lets see i have looted flora, ore and the chemical recyclers...ore is off the spice collector on rori and the poi too, the chemical is found in aakuan cave on talus..someone earlier stated where they got flora...the creature one is on alkhara from tat...have not tried to loot them yet so i am not sure...the ore and teh chemical needs a tumbler schematic from spice collectors on rori but that schematic needs a motor you get off of canyon consairs on lok...if yall find out about metal recycler let me know
