To move a harvester. There is a destroy option. If you have enough credits and power in the harvester, you will re-deed it and it will appear in deed form in your inventory. If you do not have enough power or credits, it gets destroyed. Dont worry, a status screen will appear and let you know if you are destroying or redeeding the harvester. If there is not enough credits or power it will even tell you how much you need to add to make the harvester re-deeded. With luck, the renter will not take the chance of an accidental deletion and always have plenty of credits and power in the harvester.
1) Verify there is enough power/credits.
2) Empty the hopper of any resources
3) Turn off the havester.
4) Delete the harvester.
5) Go to new site
6) Place the harvester
7) Add the renter to the Admin list
8) Select the correct resource
9) Turn it on
10) Make sure it has enough power / credits to operate
You may not have to do all of these steps, you only HAVE to do 4, 5, 6, and 7. As as admin the renter can do the others.

I never moved a house before but I assume there would be no problem. In that case, you need to remove ALL items in the house. You may also need to remove maintenance but not sure about that. I do not believe there is a problem redeeding homes but check with someone else first.
