The problem wasn't "invulnerable artisans." If that had been the problem, it wouldn't have taken an entire CU to fix it.


The problem was a system of armor and buffs (especially buffs) that had spiraled out of balance with creature/NPC damage abilities. That needed to be fixed, and the CU took a reasonable stab at it... but did it really have topenalize non-combatantsin how it solveda problem that wasn't specific tonon-combatants?
