My friend deleted his entire back pack, chock full of 9 months worth of uber doc resources, buffs packs, a factory deed, stims etc... he was devestated. He was distraught for a few weeks, but we worked together and eventually got him back on his feet. Sorry to hear about your lost metal, but there will always be more. If you don't have enough money for power etc, run some missions until you can get back on your feet.
