These have been out as new loot for what 2 weeks now and I am just now starting to see people selling them for an un-Godly 200k each on the Scylla trade forum. These are artisan made items yet if you are an artisan with no combat ability you have no chance of getting these to make for yourself let alone other people because buffed tanks able to kill anything in the game are scalping them to others for this un-reasonable price.

Why is it that loot only comes from things that you kill and not for instance coming to the artisan when he does a random scan for a resource he is about to sample ?

Surveyors already get that little box every once in awhile that says there is a higher source of the material you are sampling do you want to concentrate your scan on it ?

Why not give them a chance and some of the artisan made random loot since they cant kill things.

Loot should not just be for the combat classes period.

200K? Try 1.5mill on Sunrunner.

In regard to the other posts. Want to find bloodrazors? Take missions fromt he terminal right at the starport. Most are within 800-1200 meters. Pick north, east or west so you dont have to go around Nyms fortress.

The Tusken fort doesnt drop much, at least for me, and it's also camped like nothing else on sunrunner. Try that Tusken POI SE of Mos Espa. It currently has a high spawn rate and i've picked up several feeder tubes there.

I know they drop the stats to 200, however there are things out there that don't need "good stuff" to manufacture them. For instance Component Analysis Tools for Shipwrights. I want to recycle small portions of steel so that I can just stick a schematic into thefactory and knock them out by the crate.

just an fyi, if you're trying to get the more "rare" items, try hitting random spawns. I spent two weeks at the canyon corsairs POI and got no schems. Three nights ago my GF and I hit a random spawn of 5 on the way to the POI and got a smelter schem and an agitator motor schem in ten minutes. The next night, we got another agitator motor schem in ten minutes doing the same thing.

Also, the chem recycler isn't working properly. Here's my post on the core systems forum regarding it: http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=csystems&message.id=51229

Don't think random loot... think guilds or consortiums of looters.

To build all the recyclers is an evil amount of loot needed. if things were even more random it would be near impossible.... for the set you need to realize you need like 12 pulverizers, 8 spinner blades, 3 agitator motors, etc. Think of how tough the pulverizors would be if it was totally random.

But the distribution of loot is such that it shouldn't be too hard to build these as a group or guild. Task different people with looting different parts. Send the noobs out to get the red wiring, send the middle of the road peole to rori or corellia or after alkharas on tat, send other people out to fort tusken or lok. Should be able to pump out all your guild wants in a week or 3...

As a "solo" player its gonna take you a long time no matter what, simply because of the amount of stuff you need to loot. You're gonna spend a few days killing tuskens to get the feed tubes, a few more running around for all the recycler schematics, a few doing hidden daggers missions, etc. etc.

Recyclers are becoming more popular, although I have yet to craft one.
