Hey, I am new to medic and Im trying to work towards doctor. Im going to buy my resources for now and I got about 500k to buy resources with. I was wondering if some of the doctors could give me some tips on what I will need later on.
You can get much more out of your toon if you get the resources yourself. It costs about 0.5CPU to harvest yourself vice the 3+cpu you will have to pay for buying your resources. Its really up to you though.
Don't use a tumbler, they hurt the profession and your own personal image. People don't forget.
Wear your MD title with pride. If you have to run AFK with a message stateing your not a stupid buff bot.
And have fun. Crafting isn't that bad. Sell your stims, don't waste them on tumblers. Even lowbie crafted stims sell like hotcakes to the people that cheat by using tumblers.

1) Medical Crafting is a tough business. Competition is tough, with 12 - point Doctors crafting the absolute best in medicaments.
Just because Master Docs make the best, don't think you can't sell anything less. As a xxx4 Medic, my Stim B's heal 360 and up, and they always sell out on the Bazaar priced at 1200 each. Advanced components are your friend

Also making your character searchable also gets you some unwanted attention. When you are in the middle of a krayt battle having a KSing rifleman spam you with tells to rez him gets annoying, especially when they neglect to tell me about the ancient dragon laying on their corpse
