No, no, no, no!
They are in game and you can use them in cities. AFAIK though, you have to fill it up completely and still there might be some difficulties using them.
They work though, in cities and outside.

They have worked when I have tried to use them. You have to load them with fireworks first, and then you can use them anywhere.
I think they can take up to 20 fireworks. I dont remember exactly though.

Yup, it's 20 fireworks. I remember making them on my way to master Artisan. Was quiet fun actually ^_^ Only annoying part was to fill up all the fireworks into them.

So they'll work anywhere, but only if they are filled completely with 20 fireworks.

Okay final say, they dont need to be completely filled, the resources you use dont matter, and you can use them in cities.
Are they worth it?
Yes and no.
I prefer using one of my empty double toolabrs and launching with hotkeys.
I show package will lauch1 per second or 2 using hotkeys you can launch 2 almost together.
the only plus is that a show package after taking up the firworks will only count a 1 inventory space so you ca carry more.

To my knowledge, yes. Well, I'm sure they work in cities, not sure on the part if they have to be filled completely though.

They do not need to be filled upto twenty. They work in cities but I find that they are bugged. To get them to work I have to set off a normal firework first.

how about this
You set up 10 show packeges each with filled to the max.
You plave the 10 shows on your short cut toolbars and then create this macro
/ui action toolbarSlot00; /ui action toolbarSlot01; /ui action toolbarSlot02;/ui action toolbarSlot03; /ui action toolbarSlot04; /ui action toolbarSlot05; /ui action toolbarSlot06; /ui action toolbarSlot07; /ui action toolbarSlot08; /ui action toolbarSlot09;
There would be just a few going off at the same time!

Hello,
Try kneeling first before lighting some fireworks up. This seems to be the only way for me to use a fireworks package.
