I did this tonight. The guy I talked to was not directly under the bridge but was in the ditch that the bridge was spanning. Not hard to find since the ditch was rather small. AFAIK, there is only one bridge in AH, right in the middle...

You can also get the schemitics from a buisnessman ( i belive) on the edge of the town in wayfair.I know this for sure, I just completed it a few hours ago. I remember his name starts with an R... I'll get more info for you when I get back on SWG.

So for an artisan to be able to create this interesting fishingtool, it's necessary to kill a powerful (to an Artisan, anyway) NPC... in the middle of a desert planet? Hah?
This is utterly baffling. Even assuming it's possible to compose a story-based rationale for this, what in the world is the gameplay reasoning behind these decisions?
No doubt -- for parity's sake -- we'll soon see a fabulous badge-givingquest for a highly desirable uberweapon that can only be obtained by crafting a Nemoidian Birdcage of 100% effectiveness....

I went to Anchorhead today...and ran right past the guy, so it might take a few to get him to spawn.
He was standing beside a Moisture Harvester.
