I did a crit fail experimented Swoop (result was 0%) and the ham showed up as 1000HP (didn't sell it, just deed it for me to toy around !)

Crit failing an experiment is different than crit failing an assembly.

The original poster asked if vehicles with 0% durability due to crit failing during experimentation were usable or not

My first vehicle was a critical failure on Assembly. I thought Master Artisans wouldnt get these so much. Got all excited to make a vehicle finally too.
