Star gave pretty good info, but a few things were not perfect in his examples.

macros are case sensitive and any little thing wrong will cause them to not work.

click on my name and do a search for topics ive posted in,i have a good example of a macro i use, and it will do everything for ya except load the resources, so basically click macro, load resources, and voila its finished.

use 4 craft tools and you will have no downtime.

A few more things the perfect the process (ground master droid engineer in less than a week, trust me):

instead of - /createPrototype

do this - /createPrototype practice noitem;

then you won't end up with an inv full of crap, AND you get more xp

Also, how many crafters you should have in your task bar depends on how long each item takes to finish. Play with it a bit, and you'll find the number that means your never waiting.

At the end of your macro, as in the last crafter is making something, have the command be - /ui action toolbarSlot## where ## is the slot your first crafter is in, so it loops itself.

Lastly, the recipe number for the particular item your grinding will change if your near a crafting station (either stationary or in a droid). This can open up new schematics, but it can also throw off your macro if you set it up without being near a crafting station.

Those are just a few of the tidbits i'v picked up, I'm sure i'll think of more later tonight. Any questions (im no master macroer, but i'm pretty darn good) email me:
