Thread: Powerup Question
I have been experimenting for a customer and the melee powerups are wierd to me compared to the weapons powerups. In general, powerups are a luck of the draw at the start (as to what it could be).
I start out with a 29%/29% power up. 90% of the time I can get 32%+ main and 16%+
Without a factory, I dont see how you can determin what type of powerup you want to end up with. This is very lame IMO, but the way it is. I start out with 29%/29% and most of the time I will end up with a 32% main and 16% secondary (sometimes I will have four total modifiers a 32%, 16%, 5% and 5%).
Is there anyway to better specify what a powerup will be? My customer uasually want Max Damage or speed or both.
Thanks,

Nope, trial and error until you get one you like, then choose to make a schematic and take it to afactory.
Barrels, Couplers, Grips, Muzzles & Scopes.
Is there any information available as to which powerups can be used on which weapons? Or what stats they effect?
I know how much they effect is based on materials & expiramentation, but if I wanted to increase the speed of a rifle, is there a particular one I should use? Or accuracy on a pistol? Damage on a carbine? Does the TYPE of pistol/rifle/carbine matter?

"The coupler straight up rocks"?
Okay, if any powerup can be used on any ranged weapon, then what are the effects of the different powerups? Are some for damage, others for speed, etc? Or are they all just random? Or what?
