On the bazaar as singles you should be able to sell 10 a week at 2000cr depending on your server and luck on getting a good week. One alt made much of his initial stake by buying crates of them off the bazaar for about 2k a crate and selling the singles in it for that much -- nice profit margin. A few may go unsold each week, but it is better than selling the crate for the same price.
On a vendor in a good spot, you can sometimes turn a large volume for more revenue per week at a lower price, but the lower price doesn't assure you sales. You need to get customers to your shop. It takes a lot of customers to use up 1000 powerups, and they are harder to find than 16k of good quality resources. A guild, or a popular way of advetizing is required.

You should check your bazaar and local powerup vendors on your galaxy to figure out a decent price. I've seen crates sold on vendors anywhere from 1k-4k with the average price being around 2k a crate for the dependable ~33%/16% ones. The best vendors are the ones who take the extra time to make 3-4 mod power-ups. It's rare to find people willing to take the trouble as it's hard to get the right order and mods on a 3-4 mod powerup.

I sell 1.000 crates of PUP's a week for 4k each atm

so, what would you suggest for a 5 mod Melee Powerup, with the 32.something% mod being Max Dam

You made a 32% max dmg for melee powerups? Never seen that before.
Depends on your shop location too I suppose, LK-Tech is the biggest weaponshop on Farstar so of course this generates lots of traffic for the powerups as well.
Across the street there's someone else selling powerups for 2-3k and he practically doesn't sell anything.

That seems to be the magic number for me - over the last 3 to 4 months, I've played around with the pricing ... from 1500 to 4000 and 2500 seems to be the sweetspot for maximum return (profit and volume). I've sold tens of thousands of these - it's a nice revenue stream once you build up the repeat business.

I sold them for 4k per crate forever and couldn't keep them on them on the shelves.

It is not possible to make a melee weapon powerup with MaxDamage as the primary stat.
Here are the possible primary stats:

Right now I´ve some 3-mod melee powerups which I havent seen on any vendor yet,
32%less ham cost, 16% max dmg and 5 speed increase
I sell these for 5K per crate, and they go extremly well

I sold 16%/33% (I think) Min/Max PUs when I was Master for 5k a crate on my vendor.

5k per crate for a 33/16 powerup is a bit much. I sell 33/16's for 2k a crate; 33/16/6-8's for 2500; 33/16/6-8/4-6's for 3000; and 33/16/6-8/4-6/3-4's for 3500.
