For point 1, see halaster's post.
For point 2: survey, pause, stand, pause, sit, pause, stand, pause, rinse-and-repeat
Why sit? Because you'll regenerate your action/mind faster. Is this useful? That depends on your secondary stats really.

You're stuck 25 or 30 seconds between /survey anyway. Kneeling should be sufficient.

Uhm. Yes. Exactly. Which is why it's useful to sit down 20 of those 30 seconds, to get the maximum of regen for at least those 20 seconds
It helps. I'm unable to continuously survey without it.Mad.

1 i have looked at that post and used that macro which wont cancel those popups for me i have tried changing it to fit my needs better but it still wont cancel those popups meaning that i can only get resources for about 2-3 minutes before it stops for the rest of the macro
2. my character is set up to be pure crafter so i dont need to regen my health ever so the only purpose for any macro would be for me to cancel said popup
3. i finally fell asleep

crrently sitting on a spawn point of
81% odapiasa fiberplast
which is
802 decay resist
966 malleability
833 quality
933 shock resist
438 unit toughness
since this is in the middle of a city(not player city) i can not place a harvestor so this is my only option until it shifts out of the city and i would really like to mine some of it

this has probably been posted in other places but i am too tired to look as i have been up for several days straight
is there any command to bypass the popups that you get while getting resources

1) get some sleep
2) if you're talking about macroing survey experience, try a macro that kneels, surveys, stands, and kneels again.

use the following command to get rid of that popup:
/ui action defaultButton;
Put it into a looping macro and you should be fine.

I usually just ignore the pop-ups. They stack up, but with the sampling macro ideas already posted, you don't stop sampling, even with the pop-ups visible.
