Ahhh ha!!
Finally!!!
Ok first let me say that you guys have been a tremendous help in finding macros etc...to help get around the pop up boxes and all.
But while experimenting around I finally figured one out that works better, and deals with the boxes perfectly allowing you to get the higher concentration of resources and all.
So, I figured I'd share it here in case anyone else ran into this problem later.
Make 2 macros.
Name the first one "sample" and pick any icon.
Macro Text:
/pause 140;
/sample;
/macro sample;
Next make another macro and name it "clearbox"
Macro Text:
/pause 30;
/ui action defaultButton;
/macro clearbox;
And whalaa!!!!!!!! Its done! Go afk, and come back to train!

Im am going to try this and if it works, you are a very birght person indeed!
Edit: ok tried it, seems you are missing a command in the sample macro. I beilive you need to stand after your take the sample.

Question: Does the clearbox macro also accept when people try to group you? I'd hate to wake up to a pink furred Wookie =X

That's easy enough to deal with. In the Options settings ( Ctrl-O by default ), there is an option to "Automatically Reject Group Invitations". I think it's on the Misc. tab. Set it, and nobody's going to be able to invite you successfully to their group.

My only criticism is that the first macro has you standing and restarting every 2:20, why? You never run out of action anymore. If you're getting booted for being AFK, why not just extend it to 10 minutes or sit there and craft/chat while you sample.
That being said, I will be using this to help me get the XP for FS Senses. Thanks.

Yeah i moved mine to 25 seconds with no problem. As for the AFK issue, either set it as long as it can go (which works), or uncheck the box that says auto-AFK enabled (yet to try). I set it and left...came back 4 hours later and it still worked.
