I found the garages easy to find. Since day one, there have been these mysterious buildings that apparently have "glass" doors through which no one could enter. Theyseem to belocated on the outside rim of a city and reasonably close to a starport or cantina. I've been wondering what these were for a long time. Once the vehicles came out it became obvious. I think the landspeeders behind the glass (force field door) gave the secret of the building away.......

Mos Taike has a garage, I know it's out of the way, but some of us live nearby... so...

Don't you think they could have taken a couple of the ones in Mos Espa and given them to Anchorhead and Bestine or something...you know, the two most populous cities on the planet. Honestly, I've been to Mos Espa an Entha plenty of times and there is NOBODY.

What exactly is the point of the garage? Don't people just store their speeders and such in their datapad? What function does the garage serve?

It allows you to repair your vehicles.

i dont understand why ppl have hard times finding the garages, just circle the city from the outside u couldnt possibly miss. especially when most areeither on the edge or just stick out.

fact is i dont even look for the speeders that way, i look on the M+ ctrl map, and i look for large perfect squares on the map which id kinda odd. They are the only objects in the game ive seen with no shape orientation

I've seen the garages too, found one in theed by pure chance, and it makes sense that you can repair a vehicle in one.

Only problem is I don't know how. Can ANYONE repair a vehicle in one? Does 'Repair' show up on the radial menu? Do I need a special tool to repair? I know these are probably dumb questions, but I can't figure it out on my own.

anyone can indeed repair their vehicle. I for one will be happy when player cities can have them too.

It'll tell you when you get close enough to a vehicle garage (you have to be riding said vehicle). Click the vehicle and choose 'Repair' from the radial menu and it pops up a little box with how much it'll cost, ect.
