Why would you need them? I mean, all you need to do is look at your overhead map to see any baddies.

I would actually like binocs just because i would like to zoom-in to something far away and see it, but its nothing as important as fixing these connection issues.

For the same reason harvestors aren't "in the game" unless you're standing next to them, the rest of the world isn't there either.

I have a broken pair of Binocularstoo, I think you just hand them in to the junk dealer and he gives you a few credits em.

I've been playing for almost a month now and I have to say I'm surprised that you can't get binoculars or some other spotting scope. Not even for hunting or anything. I spent my first few hours just walking around looking at the beautiful SW world (started on naboo). As a master scout I still enjoy just looking at the world and watching animals do their thing in the wild. But I think it would be cool if you could get binoculars to zoom in on things and just check it out from a distance.

And Luke usedsome inANH so we know they had them.

Totally agree...I think it would be so awesome to have little tools like that, which are useless, but immerse us more in the world. There's some mountaintops on the west side of Tat (close to the jawa fortress) that I'd love to stand atop and just look around.
