Thread: This is your greedy corespondent
this is what your corespondent is asking for vehicles on patch day

omg lol
hey ya can't blame her/him for trying. I got one person to buy one at 70k I was pleased.. but then i went down to 40k as soon as I realized no one would be getting many sales that high.
All it really did was promote vehicles and add some fresh drama to the Intrepid board. (the whole Kastryn threads & such were getting old)

That is not supply and demand, it's just GREED.
PLEASE read a book on economics. Greed is the motivation for the machanics of supply and demand. Smith's "invisible hand" theory of economics is SOLELY based on people acting in their own best interest.
Edit... btw we have 100 threads on vehicle pricing. Please post there and don't troll this forum.

This is REAL black & white. You SHOULD charge whatever you think you can get, for anything you sell. Everyone should. AND equally, you should NOT pay more than you know is reasonable, if you do, you're an idiot. It's not people trying to screw players over by charging over 25K for any vehicle who need ridiculed...but the MORONIC TWITS who waste that kind of money on stuff that just isn't worth it.
NOTHING in this game is worth a million creds, except maybe a holocron & even then, you're probably either really lazy, don't have the play time you'd like (then how'd you get that kind of money?)...or else you just aren't real bright.
I will always have every single thing I wnt, when I want it, & never get gouged. Because I can always laugh at people who think they get to charge for their time outrageously, & get the same or better goods, elsewhere, cheaper. ALWAYS.
Sorry Vaedross, butI too see this as sheer greed, overpricing the market by so much is ridiculous in my eyes, and as Artisan Correspondentit is reprehensible. On Vehicle day there were so many running jokes by Artisans in our community that the humor was strained near the end. After all how many times can you quote 1.5 Million to every client who asks for a vehicle before you yourself dont find it funny anymore?
When your views on vehicle pricing are so far off from what the average Artisan considers reasonable, I have to wonder if you represent them at all on any issues, or if you actually present your own views over the consensus of players in this proffession. Judging by your 'Go read a book and quit trolling' reponses, I think you've been taking PublicRelationscourses from Plinka. To think you represent the Artisan community!
