I got up this tree pretty quickly by buying a whole lot of wood and making wood staffs. Sometimes I would find a great deal on wood and just grind away. I liked it because to make the staff it was just 1 item to double click and only 16 units.

Well i'm going for master artisan and then onto architect so I'm going to assume I'm probably further in the other fields. But what I do is crank out Leggings, and Fireworks Shows. I tend to get about 500 XP for the leggings and about 75 for the fireworks but they are easy and don't use a lot of materials that its easy to crank out a bunch of those.

Me, I grinded out bone armor chest plates. Fortunatly I have a mineral and chemical harvester for the materials, and a friend who was grinding out the scouting xp for the bone. The bone segement and fiberplast panels were arouind 20 xp each, then the armor plate was over 300xp each. Used the practive mode when it came to the armor itself for the little extra xp and to keep from cluttering up the inventory.

I'd say the best thing to do depends on what materials you have access to. Staves are nice since they only require one type of material but I've read that the XP you get depends mostly on the number of resources the items takes independent of the number of types of material.

I had a few extractors and had sufficient access to steel, ore and gas to grind on crafting tools. They each gave me about 60 XPs and I did it while working on survival xps in my camps and sampling for resources I needed in smaller quantities.

Even so it took awhile to get the XPs to become a Droid Engineer and Architect takes even more.

I took the advice of someone else in these forums (sorry, forgot their name). Using this method I made novice architect by grinding for about an hour for just 2 - 3 days. All it takes is a lot of any metal and fiberplast. Neither one especially hard to find.

Place the Weapon, Droid and General Item Crafting Tool along with a Clothing and Armor Crafting Tool in your toolbar. First open the general crafting tool and make a Weapon, Droid and General Item Crafting Tool. Then open the Clothing tool and make a simple shirt. Go back and make another Weapon, Droid and General Item Crafting Tool.

This way it minimizes the time you spend waiting for the crafting tool to finish. With this method you can pump out about 13k of xp an hour so you'll be at novice architect in no time.

I've been playing Galaxies for a little while now, but I am having trouble gaining enough General Crafting Experience to complete Engineering IV and move onto Architect. What do you more experienced Artisans suggest I do to gain General Crafting Experience quickly. What kind of items should I build that will help me move on faster. Thanks in advance for your advice.

I was wondering if I could do it alone and complete the 70000 xp within a short frame of time.

Thanks

I feel your pain, we all do, unarmed is no sunday stroll for all of us. Took me about 4 days to do. Just get fast vibro knucklers and get buffed. I'm trying to get novice TKA now for meditation. I hear it goes downhill when you get novice. I sure hope so. God, have mercy on my soul lol
