Hi all, I got some problems with my vendor:

First, I removed it, then replaced it, and now all my stuff are in 'this region' and no matter what i do, nobody can see em (only me) and I can't retrieve them.

Second, the vendor doesnt greet everybody that enters the house, while I got it enabled...

Who have some answers for me?

The first is a supper known issue, a quick look at this board would have saved you tons of grief, second we know, I think that it has a timer, so it does not SPAM, so if 3 come in in a short time, it will grab one. But on it's next tick, if the same people are around it says nothing, because they are allready there.

What are you selling, there is a resource bug

I have had problems like this. I believe it is just some part of the server is lagged. I just go away for a while come back, and the items come out just fine. Otherwise, i just keep trying, dont just sit there watching the status bar go across, try retrieving the item once, and if it is not comming out, hit ESC and try again a couple times. That is what I do, and I always seem to get my item after only a couple retries.

ive found that retrieving/cancelling/retrieving usually pulls the item out.

I thought that the worst of the vendor problems (ie: Customers can't retreive purchased items, and I can't retreive items from the stockroom) was behind us... but just last night it happened again. A customer purchased $5k worth of stuff from me, and couldn't retreive any of it. When I tried to retrieve anything from the stockroom, all I got was the endless "retrieveing item" dialog.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it due to be fixed soon? It's *really* frustrating to see all of my resources get sucked into the vendor black hole... kinda bad for business. :-(

This happens all the time on Eclipse, not as much anymore. It used to take up to 30 mins sometimes for items to be retrieved from the vendors. The problem hasn't happened lately though, usually it’s just server lag. If you can't get the items tomorrow then I would ticket a CSR...

I've had server lag problems too... but eventually I got the item (sometimes after retrieving it twice).

However, when the progress indicator is still there after 5-10 min, I consider that item as permanently gone. :-\

I do what what RovaniDragon does too, and it always works. Also the bug where half the buttons don't work when you first look in your vendor's for sale/offer/stockroom page is getting annoying......I have to click something to move the page before I can see what is still up for sale, which I already know annoys my customers to no end.....

Hi, I am currently having a problem taking items out of my vendors stockroom. Has anyone else purchased resources that were dropped off onto their vendor and not been able to retrieve them? I now have several items stuck there. I have also had the same problem when I take an item from sale. It drops into the stockroom and sometimes I can't get it out. Thanks for any help that you can give me.

Hey guys, Im a new armorsmith on Bloodfin, and I just opened up a shop near Coronet Corellia and I have been having trouble with my vendors. I initialized it and payed maintenance and when I click use vendor it says that the vendor was not initialized, can someone help me plz?

Thanks. (shop sells armor deeds resources holocrons and soon to come speeders -257 -5777 coronet bloodfin.)

It took me a number of tries to get mine initialized. I believe I destroyed it about 5 times trying.

Don't pay maitenence, just initialize it and try to dump it in after.

placed my first vendor ,payed maintainence and initialized it and now when i try to use says its not initialized !! what did i do wrong?
