Servers are back up, was it nerfed?

This is what the 'update notes' say after downloading the minipatch:

"T-21 was nerfed in a previous patch, it has been unnerfed."

That was yesterday's message todays message read something to the fact we LIED you are never suposed to one shot even a flewt...We have added Self Incap to the T21 this will speed up the rifleman's cabilities of leveling their Dr. friends and continue to allow pistoleers to own the game their money each month is worth more than ours. You can complain we will tease you into thinking it's fixed then bust your balls with it under 24 hours If you have any questions feel free to ask one of non answering support staff I have tickets open now 7 days nice speedy reponses there.....

it's not nerfed.. it's **edit**ed up beyond recognition... read the patch notes..

T21 is now worse than the laser rifle.

Oh... And before the flame wars begin, I am only curious. I don't even have the skill yet, and probably won't use it when I do get it. The only reason I'm asking is because I don't think it was mentioned in the patch notes.

I've noticed a huge reduction in the effectiveness of KD2 against mobs in general since the patch. I've also noticed an increase in being knocked-down from the same mobs as well. A lot of us [those within my guild] think it was pathetic that nerfs..er I mean changes were made to TKA at all [we assume it's because of the crybabies who don't know how to play PVP].

Alas - nerfing just creates more problems than it's worth.

I spent an hour and a half trying to make a min/max ranged power up schematic. Not a one. I used to be able to make one in like 10 minutes of crafting. Anyone else have this happen? Did I just hit a streak of bad luck?

Yes, that exact power up. I never have had that problem before. I just wasn't sure if it was a nerf or my bad luck.

i've tried for over an hour, and could'nt get min/max , I had noticed a LOT of max/ideal ranged though...... maybe they replace the min if you have max
