Thread: Question about new fishing tool schematic

I scooped thru the release notes and I saw an entry about a new fishing tool. The tool requires Engineering 3, but it also says that it is only accessable thru a quest. So, I'm just wondering if anyone has an idea where I can find this quest and what it is about.

No idea..wish I did though.
The NPC in question used to be in Anchorhead but not in the live release.

! well this seems broken, when you talk to this the 2nd time he gives you a banta statue to give so guy. but they attack you. not sure if he's the right guy.

...worked for me this morning, there was a radial option to either Attack or Converse with the Din-U <sp> before giving him the Bantha Statue, perhaps you double clicked or something? Oh, and check out the armor on the 6K HAM bounty hunter the quest giver told me to kill, sweet!

Seeing how it seems that no one on starsider server reads the forum I'll tell yo where to get the quest.

How can this be corrected. Considering I cant find a record keeper on Tatooine.

There's an NPC on Tat that resets all the Tat quests, check dev tracker for location.
There's also an NPC in Wayfar that gives a different shellfish tool quest if you don't feel like tracking down the reset NPC.
