Thread: The Ultimate Ranged Weapon Power Up!

In my opinion, the ultimate power up for ranged weapons would be a 16....% increase in Speed and a 33....% increase in Max Damage. The Coupler seems to be the only one that containsthese options ( Attack Speed and Max Damage, of course, strictly at random).Has anyone ever made one? I keep trying but no luck yet!

From what I see on Allakhazam's powerup guide it does not appear that you can have that combination as both are prefixes. It does look like Min damage and Speed are possible via a grip, though.

My best Ranged pup sellers are my Min/Max Damage pups these days, now that the ADK has everyone going all out damage. At 16.33 Min Dam & 33.16 Max Dam, I have 2 factory runs going now & will probably sell most of them w/i a week

i have a (recently) Master Artisan alt account, and i think i have gotten speed and max damage before. Sometimes i get up to 4 modifiers but usually 2 are less than 5%.
Also as a rifleman, the best powerups for me are MindCost w/ either damage(prefered) or speed. T21's have 90+ mind cost and can be more dangerous to an unbuffed/unarmored ranger than the actual target!

I use the same ones but it takes me like 10 trys to finally get that one lol..

Just made some melee powerups that got 99% that are cooking in my factories right now... not sure of the exact specs on them ATM as I'm at work, but they're pretty insane figures
I was using 1000 OQ Iron and 1000 OQ fiberplast so I was a bit disappointed that I didnt get 100% experimented... then again 100% could just be a very rare instance even with these qualities of materials... might not even make that much of a difference in the final product too. Any ideas?

I can't comment on 1000/1000 but I use 997 and 993 OQ stuff and I cap out at 99% and max out the stats..
best so far todate is
33%
16%
10% <-- new high for me...normally third caps for me at 8.48xxx

You sure the second stat was at 16%? I've gotten third stat over the 8.48% cap in the past, but only b/c of a crit fail that brought the second stat down below 16%.

yes - I have a 14pt artisan, when I get home tonight, I'll post some of my maxed PuP stats...
as an addendum, I can now say I've also gotten an 11% 3rd stat on some Melee Pup's...
If needbe I will post screenshots of the schematics as well.
