Thread: So Interwoven Schematics.....

won't convert with the CU, or there is no real difference between interwoven and noninterwoven. I was scaning the boards and I read that in a post somewhere.
Are my schematics going to be junk after the CU?

I am no AS but I read the post you mention. I believe interwoven RIS armor that is ALREADY made wont convert properly as of now. It will convert to regular RIS. Something about the game not being able to tell if it was or wasnt with an interwoven schem. I believe all interwoven made after the CU will still be "better". I could be wrong but thats how I interpreted it.

all Interwoven RIS will convert to be like non-interwoven RIS in the CU Conversion (currently). Interwoven RIS made post CU has yet to be tested.

Hmm could mean all the interwoven bone schematics will be removed too then. Because I noticed on TC4 the one I had still made bone armor segments.....
But there's no call for bone segments now. Just recon segments etc.

Correct. And the interwoven is goners in both RIS and Bone variety.

Is the Interwoven Schem converting to anything, or are the ones in my inventory just going to become junk? Seriously, if they want to take the Interwoven Schem out of the game, fine, but they need to give us some sort of replacement item. These things are expensive. Since they were looted from the Acklay, why not replace them with a stack of decent Acklay Hides? This would at least give us another armor related item. (Assuming that Acklay Hides aren't being removed from the game, too.)

My acklay hides on the bria conversion have no stats lol

gah, that blows. guess i better use my 81% base acklay hides before the CU hits then.

Blixtev said that there will be no more Interwoven RIS post-Curb in a conversation with Mauro on TC. Palamin and myself was there as well.
On a general basis we need to be able to test loot, e.g. can we use Geo Cubes anywhere else now? It would be nice if Blixtev could supply us with some loot on TC...

That's a great point. If they take away our interwoven schems, we have no place to use our cubes. And I have a large collection of cubes. I can see the dev quote already.
"We are sorry they will no longer be usable. We recommend you use them before the conversion."
