12 points is always worth something but not nearly as much as before. As it is now on TC the only thing a 12 pointer can do compared to a 10p is raise the condition a bit (and only on 2 of the 4 assambly phases). If you are planning to do a lot of PSG's it can also be interesting as those have 3 lines, condition/resist/recharge rate.

will it still be worth having 12 points to experiementation after the combat upgrade
