Can someone tell me the honest to goodness best method for finding out the /sel # of the items i wish to grind, I am having no luck.

Although it's a pain in the rear, you can put your crafting tool in the first spot, then type a line that says:
/ui action toolbarSlot00; /sel ##
Start entering numbers. If it's the wrong one, then just CTRL + Up arrow to repeat the command, backspace over the ##, and try another.
It's slow, and many other people will tell you to look through your datapad and guesstimate, but if you've set your options to automatically sort things, it might be screwed up.

ROFL I know that one lol, but i thank you for your advice, was lookinf for a more tried and sure method of doing it than that. Again I appreciate your inout though, and much thanks.
