I was out doing faction grinding, trying to gather another batch for schematics and my MKIII was bran new fresh from the crate and FULL charged...
7050/7050 condition
2419 energy protection
100% charged
recharge 62.5%
after 1 mission it was
7026/7050 condition
0 energy
100% charged
recharge 62.5%
It stayed max energy (2419) till it took a hit, i watched it in battle, 1 hit it dropped in half 2 hits toast!!
I left it on for a bit and the energy never came back
Did this with 5 PSG's in a row all lastedless then 1mission but the condition was hardly used 
I /buged it just in case.
Anyone else see this?

Confirmed.
Updated... After they sit in your house for a while, the stats come back.
