yes, but what is the movement, acc, etc stats.you can take more damage, but your damage output is reduce. it all equals out.
that is what soe calls balance
My Battle armor is 3 kinetic 1 primus, hinderances are 40% accross the board and with master swordsmen my moddified stats are 0.0% accoss the board.
Seams fine to me

It seems the hindrances cap. The only thing that puts em over is slicing- but only .5-2 % wich isnt too bad.

Ive since made better primus layers so I expect that number to go up to around 65-6800
These are some really nice stats. I went looking for armor for over an hour last night and the best I could find was 1600 Battle Armor. Are any of you on Eclipse server?
