I would never blame the players who spend their money to test the game we play. They volunteer their game time to try and help make the game work. However, I do wonder if SOE has a QA department for this game. With every publish more and more bugs are introduced that seem to outweigh the minimal number of fixes. It's getting worse every few weeks.
I'm not blaming the players. I'm blaming the DEV's for not actually TESTING anything on TestCenter. All they do is give them a publish one month in advance, and then push the same crap live, without fixing anything.

I would rather have broken biceps than nothing. I have a BH toon and I actually had some fun going and doing the NPC missions. It was rather exciting going and not knowing what I would loot, but that I would actually loot something usefull most kills for once. There are few things in game that one can solo and be able to get decent loot at that high of a drop rate.
a bracer is bugged, so what, report it in game. I am stoked to finally get some BH armor in a color other than grey!!

I think the most ironic thing about this publish, with the slew of bugs it brought, were all the posts by Tiggs, TH and JFreeman during the last week+ about working harder to make sure that bugs didn't make it into live and those bugs that are in live got fixed.
I mean come on. They broke /payMaint and /transferstructure this pub for harvs and factories and that stuff was in the latest Tuesday Tip.
No localized dev testing? No QA? No regression testing? PLUS a lot of the bugs that are reported by the TC community are again reported after pubs go live. It's bad bad bad.

Someone care to explain to me the whole BH armor situation? I'm confused, never knew that BH armor was craftable.

BH can now loot craftable schematics (one use) from their marks

what do people do on test center?
duel and screw around for the most part.
but for those of us who truly test it...we find bugs we report them and get ignored by SOE, they then push it live saying "since we have no more feedback its going live" of course this just means no more feedback they want such as "its perfect" or "doesnt need any work".
look at the CU they got nothing but complaints and they pushed it live, negative feedback=zero feedback to SOE. all we can do is say something is good...then they nerf it or remove it.

BH's loot it off their new Elite and Boss marks, but everyone can wear it apparently (According to some of the pics we have)
...Which is kinda odd since it's "Bounty Hunter" Armor...

you obviously don't get how testcenter has been working as of late.
the testcenter (or TC-prime) has a dedicated group of players and is it's own galaxy with player cities and the likes. The folks on TC are only testing the hotfixes. Every time a new patch gets pushed to TC, it doesn't. IT gets pushed to TC-Bria. If there is a new patch, TC gets shut down and they copy a live server (TC-Bria, TC- Gorath, etc)
they are not letting the true testers test till after it has gone live, and not too many Bria people test on TC-Bria. They changed they way things work and how they do new publishes so....don't blame the folks on TC, it isn't their fault

Yeah, cause the devs even listen to TC feedback. They'd NEEEEEVER excrete live a patch with broken crafting experimentation after knowing about it on TC.
