Ok i understand the types of armor....
ASSAULT: Chitin, Composite, and Factional
BATTL: Bone, Marauder, Padded, R.I.S. (quest), and Factional
RECONAISSANCE: Mabari, Tantel, Ubese, and Factional
But can some one tell what is best armor is for each catagory??

There is not a "best" the stats on those are all the same for each category. The only difference is the appearance of the armor. The Factional armor has a little bit better condition and the RIS has alot better condition. That's it.
