I wonder if this peko peko feathers are broken ?!?

I have about 60 of them, but there isnt any + health showing. So if they dont give + health how to reach the + helth cap of +50 for an armor part?

Do i have to use 2 krayt scales +15 and 1 scale with +20 ??

Confused a little bit...

Converted Feathers don't show stats, but do work

Heck, NEWLY looted feathers still don't show stats. But as was said, they do work. The stats show up once you make them into a feathered appearance enhancer.
