Thread: Just Got My Mandalorian Armor Helmet Schematic *Please Help*

After countless Post CU, attempts to craft my Mando Helm, we were finally successful. So now I respeced my Jedi alts temp to have Master Tailor, Master Droid Engineer. I am going to craft my helm soon, but im a total crafter noob. What components and resources are needed to complete the process. I am told I need some type of hide and petro Chem. What stats would I be looking for in these to make sure they are the best, and what and how many of things do i need for the health bonus'es.....please help I dont wanna screw this up.


what is the rating on the best Droid crafting tool ?

Call me sarcastic, but my advise is, go to somebody who does the job since some time already. Good crafters pile up ressources over many months, if they are in a really good mood, they will sell you the rssources you need.


The other way is to closely watch the available ressources on http://www.swgcraft.com/and hope that good materials you need come up within decent time. But you can place a bet, unless you pay good attention over half a year or more, the ressources you gather won't be able to compete with a dedicated AS.


The best crafting tool goes close to 15% but i never saw one actually reaching it. Still i dare to assume that you don't have any experimentation skilltapes and lack the ressources. It's nice if you respec into a profession when you are interested and willing to do it, but i am afraid, only doing it for mandalorian armour probably was a bad idea.

I can't speak for anyone else but I know if I was asked to do the final crafting of a mando helmet that would be the honor of all honors possible. Find your servers best AS and ask for help, I'm sure they would be more thanhonored to have their name on the "crafted by" tag for the helmet.

The MAS/MDE combo doesnt work to get the full color pallet for helmet/bracer crafting. It still goes soely off the MDE customization, so you have 20 shades of black no matter what.

droid engineers actually craft the helm, you need to get the parts from an armorsmith

my bad you're right head wasnt screwed on straight What I meant was get in touch with your best Armorsmith for the parts and then get witha trusted DE to make it.

anyone done this lately? I learned the schmatic today off a pre-cu helm.I have the MDE and lots of assembly tapes. is experimentation needed too? any tips on how to make it really good? any help would be great guys

U get the best cores made possible from a 12 point AS, basicly ask a very well known 12pt AS on your server, u pick out the cores u like, (U will need atleast two crated) U then just head back to your how crafting station, use your DE to craft the helm, and the ONLY thing that DE can even exp on will be the CONDITION of the helmet, nothing more nothing less, so the resources u get will only be needed for Condition.
