I'm wondering what item gives the highest xp with the minimum resources. Anyone know?

I think AUKS give back low xp, but need very few resources. Marbari Chestplates give back alot of exp, but need several components. Check the stickeys at the top for more detailed answers.

auk's maybe gave me 60xp? Mabari chestplates gave me around 500xp each. I had to have crates of Synthetic cloth (takes 3 identical)and one of the segments (takes 1)to make them though and like a total of 56k hide, but that's the route I went since it was faster.
