Armor is made with fiberplast panels that can be BE enhanced but the stats do not show up on the armor... is this a future enhancement?

no, it was only meant to be used in clothing. there was a bug a few months ago that was in game for 2 days, so some BE armor may be in circulation from that...other than that, naw...
