Thread: Krayt Comp armor segments?

Hi, i was experimenting with some 10% krayt comp armor segments and could only get them up to 44%base (very low ham) comp. I have 11 experiment points and very good materails...anyone have any ideas how to get a higher base? thanks

Only way to get higher base is use better scales. Next time you make composite, notice the base on your segments. My unlayered segments are 20% base...those are 10% base. If you can get your hands on 30-40% krayt segments, you can get pretty high (60-70%base on the composite).
