It is a segment first off, it has a higher base than the regular segment, and has 3 layer slots instead of two. It needs yavin animal bone instead of the rori fiberplast, and a geo cube. A yellow cube increases the base, a red one lowers the encumbrence, a green one ups the condition, and the white ones just fulfil the cube requirement. It is a 5 use schmatic that drops from the ackley, the thing at the end of the geo cave. A schmatic went just for 6 mil on kettemoor recently.

Yes, you still need a Giant Dune Kimogila Scale for the armor.

ok i have a question is any one pulling GDK scales i've been soloing them day in and day out at the static spawn spot (kills to date 50+)and have not seen one drop at all...so i was just wondering if any one else is having this problem or does SOE just hate me..(scylla server)

Apparently the static spawn ones were not dropping the RIS loot but random ones were.
