talk trash to the kimo while you are attacking it
Examples-
"after im done with you im gonna kill your brother, AND your sister!"
"wow this is sad...im a carbineer and im still kicking your ass"

trust me it works. Establish a hatred so intense for the GDK that you no longer care about RIS. You only care about killing every living one

the other trick is that the static spawn (kimo town or whatever it is on the POI tab) DOES NOT Drop scales anymore either. dont waste time maybe practice only, there is a nice ridge there i used to run over it to the other side and start firing, the kimo would try and climb the ridge which would take 30 secnds

Yes sir otherise no way in heck I would be using that. What I do is spam 3 cripple shots then a warning shot. Its funny how people forget the basic specials from the good ole marksmanship tree. I guess that comes from playing before there were uber leet doc buffs and you actually had to try=]. Well anywayswarning shotusually keeps him at bay for the most part. Every once in a while he will charge so I spam out warning shots till he backs off. Expect to get hit and expect to get diseased. With some Good ubese it should be no problem. I used a pretty good laser carbine with I call Dragon killer that has a max dmg of about 390ish with No Pup. It does pretty goo against them.
On a Side note My alt mastered Armorsmith last night. So you guys will prolly see me here alot more as I am really pushing to get into the trade. I wanted to do something more then kill all the time and found this was a bit more taxing on my brain then pvp all the time.

I always see some near the Volocano. Just look for a pile of bones liar and they are usually nearby.

The static Kimo at Kimo town does not drop the Scale? Has this been confirmed, I have killed this thing 25 times now, its on my buff route looting tour I do at least once a day. I have not looted a scale from this guy once, and only once out of 25 times have I looted the crap scales, man was I excited when I saw the you have looted pop up on the screen only to be even more pissed that I finally looted the dang thing and its the crap scales. Anyways, this is more of a mission for fun on my part to get this thing, Silver is paying 10 mil now for it, I will probably put on his vendor for like a mil if I get I just want to get this thing. lol...i agree i have nothing but hatred for these large lizards(SOE)...but on the note of the POI not droping is there any comfermation thats the only place i've ever looted one and i quote one from(pre wall nerf and 50+ kimos later)
