Thread: Some help for a noob AS
That's a very good shift of Nabooian. Like the above poster mentioned, get cozy and make friends with scouts/rangers - they can be your best friend. And when a leathery or wooly spawns that is of great quality, camp that planet 24/7! Those are some of the most saught after resources out there.
In addition, good iron is hard to come by, so stock up when that comes around. If you need any more help, don't hesitate to send me a PM with questions.
Oh, and welcome to hell.
Just kidding, of course. ![]()

lol, thanks for the welcome. AS certainly sounds tough, tougher than I thought it would be... Another question I had is what would be a good alternate crafting prof to go w/ AS? I was thinking Tailor, so I can make my own Reinforced Fiberplast Panels and Synthetic Cloth and all, but I really don't think its worth Mastering... I don't think I could stand making clothes

Wow...I couldn't imagine having to handle any more different resources than I currently do. Weaponsmith has many more resource requirements than armor...though I don't think they need creature harvests.(Loot drop of course though)
The most helpful thing I've found is the ability to harvest my own hide. It also provides me a diversion when I don't feel like crafting. I've found swordsman to be very good at PvE. Couple it with scout 0,0,4,0 and novice medic for heals.
