Thread: Does marabi armor give you the most xp in armor smith
Well i just finished grinding AS ... here is how i did it...
I ground Mabari chest plates until i got 3-0-0-0 where i changed to everyones favorate... Ubese Shirts...
Firstly... Mabari Chest Plates require 6 different items... of these 2 are used twice... and 2 come ideally from factory crates. The biggest problem with grinding this is that unless you plan everything incredibly well your going to have to stop every 2-5 minutes to pickup more crates... and that is one thing that annoyed the hell out of me.
Secondly,,, This grind is very expensive... i recommend doing the following before you even start to grind it:
Get Novice Tailor, a clothing/armor factory, and lots of Fibreplast and Inert Petro (4:1) and make at least 1300 of them (so get around 25000 fiberplast and around 8000 inert petro... you will need more of this later). Get this started before you do anything else... coz without these resourses you are going to get no-where.
If money is an issue... AS is gonna be a very very long grind.
Thirdly... my wrist still hurts from hours and hours of grinding AS ... good thing i never intend on roling it back ![]()

Can somone plz answer this question for me. Or is there something else you can craft that will give you the more xp. I don't want to know what is easier or what takes the less reosouces. I would simple like to know what gives the most xp.
MabariChest Plate give 393 xp in practice mode. That will get you to Master the fastest. It takes 65 Metal, 65 Fiberplast, 15 Inert Petro, 40 Hide for each one AS WELL AS a Armorweave Segment and 3 Synthetic Cloth.
I did 1000 Mabari Chest Plates and got to 4204 AS with 21k xp (7k away from Deflectors I) I think it will take about 750 more Chest Plates to Master. (by the way, I started the grind with 56k xp).
So, you're looking at almost 2000 crafts with Chest Plates to Master. That's 2000 Segments @ 17 Metal each, 6000 Synthetic Cloth @ 16 Fiberplast and 4 Polymer each, and then 130k Metal, 130k Fiberplast, 40k Inert Petrochemical and 80k Hide.
So, at 10sec per craft, you could get from Novice to Master in a little under 6 hours, but that's not counting the 200 hours for Synthetic Cloth (or if you do all six runs at the same time in six different factories, 33 hours and 20min).
That's also not counting the time it takes to gather up the hundreds of thousands of resources required to make the grind including 80k in Hides. Of course it probably won't be exactly 2000 Chest Plates... More like 1900, but easier to get the figures with 2000.
But to answer your question, yes Mabari give the most xp in AS for the grind.
