Somebody tell me what the heck this is? New Armor? (obviously, armor on NPCs isnt representative of resistances to expect on characters... )

Info: Spotted on a BH trainer on Starsider, Tatooine in the player city of Sparta.

I did the quests for the guy in the ditch at Anchorhead, and the BH I had to kill for the first mission was wearing this armor. I don't know what it is, but I want it.

Found quite a few pre-existing threads on the subject after searching ffor "Muscle Armor":

unfortunately they are all a little useless on confirming the type/name... since no one can agree if this new "muscle armor" and the "BH armor" are one and the same. I personally dont care, as long as anyone can wear that helm!
