Being very new to the armor game, I have not a clue as to what is needed/wanted, or a reasonable price for in this.
I would assume that armor attachments would be comparative to clothing attachments. What about (enter various creature name here) plate segments? I have quite the collection of plate segs from brack, kimo, and basically everything else with legs.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Typically, you would take the segments to a smith and see if he'll use them in a set of armor for you. Most of the time, armor made with these isn't very sellable. Mainly because of the high cost of purchasing the enhancers.
Attachments can be dropped in armor or clothing to provide whatever enhancement they have. Anyone can use these by dragging and dropping it into the armor or clothing. Once used, they can't be removed. So chose which piece you use it in wisely. Usually, the bracers or gloves take the least damage.
On the segments(brack, kimo, kryat...etc.). Ask your local smith about whether they're worth using. Most of the segments aren't, because the smth can make better. Enhancers are usually better.
