check swgcenter.com... they have a trainer section on the main page which lists trainers for all professions.

Also, almost every major npc city has a guild hall filled with crafter trainers. There's usually an armorsmith trainer in there. And if you still can't find any, I'd try hitting a giant player city since they seem to have every trainer in the game.
