I am about to open my shop and I am just wondering what has seemed better for you elder smiths. Do you guys sell in mini-suits, suits, or individual pieces most often? And which do the customers prefer?

Reverse armor hole will probably be in until the combat revamp, and then all bets will be off. I sell both suits in backpacks and loose pieces.

I sell primarily 4 piece suits in most of my comp varieties, 9 piece are available in my PVE armors. I dont ever really sell single unsliced pieces unless I get a request. I'm sure singles would sell well and I may offer that in the future, but singles are a hassle since you may end up selling out of one thing way faster than the rest. With bagged sets, you dont have to keep so many segs on hand in case you run out of something. Always try to keep enough segments to hand craft a couple suits of any of the varieties you sell...never know when you might have a run on something and have a customer that needs something. An on the spot custom job will win you a customer for life many times.

I much prefer selling single pieces cause bagging suits drives me bananas. I don't have much problem keeping the various pieces in stock cause i run more of the more popular pieces (chest/boots/gloves/helm). I keep alot of segments handy and if i am low on something i just run off more of it. This way everyone gets what they want, and they can see exactly what they're getting.

I used to sell individual. Seemed to be easiest for the customer.
I would stock double the amount of Chests though. Those seem to go the quickest.
