I think farstar is close....... a nice Kirrum should do it, just wondering if any server has beaten us?

Best we can do is 72%, maybe 73%.

You would have to have near perfect resources for 80% base.

I'm able to reach 72% base on gorath... it shouldn't be possible to get 73%, except there's a layer type that can be experimented higher than 95%.

On Kauri i think max is 70 or 71, we dont have good kirium

Well if you take a look at a DWB guid on our server forums http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=Flurry&message.id=206454you'll see under armor that it suggests you use at least 80 kinetic res armor, better if possible...



As for Sliced, yes I do belive they are, but that's common on Flurry... I know alot of PvP'ers that won't buy 40% stun if it's not also 80% base... Alot of it comes from several AS's that took advantage of the 1 day crafting change and made several schematics that they are still burning through.

I have had 80% base, 80% elect crafted for me before. It was a custom order though it was not mass produced(using NS layers/shards). Damn thing got an encumb slice when it only started with like 15/15/15encumb to begin with lol. Dropped it down to like 12encumb I was a little upset, was hoping for a 90% base with the only special being elect at 80%.
