If you disregard resistances completely, you can make Zero HAM Bracers and Biceps fairly easily using RIS Layers, correct? The swing from an RIS Layer to my Kin layer is around 15-20 points. So you would be saving 45 HAM points minimum switching to RIS Layers, then dumping all points into HAM experimentation, you should be able to hit 0 right? Ifnot, definately using NS Shards?
I made this when I was a 10-pt AS. I made it with NS layers and shards, and throwing a couple extra points into HAM experimentation. HAM is still dependent on the malleability of your resources though, there's a cap on it just like base and special protection %.
It's not too hard to hit 0/0/0 HAM, but keeping the resists high can get tricky sometimes.

That's a very nice piece of armor.
Thanks. I wish I hit 4 sockets on it though..
