Thread: Image dump -- CSR saying a psg can only be used without armour -- is this right?

as far as I know this is wrong and I would post it in the customer service forum

oh and one thing... did you ask a question regarding PSG not showing that it blocked damage in the combat log? This is a long standing bug with PSGs, in order to get this to work properly you have to unequip the PSG and re-equip it for it to properly block damage. Usually best to keep it unequiped then equip it right before you enter combat.

It's really scary that CSR's can have absolutley no idea what they are talking about.

what problem were you having? If u are wearing your suit after doc buffs run out and try to throw on a psg it wont work even though enc is 0, you cant wear a mabari belt ( which is technically armor ) while wearing a psg. and finally from personal expirience ive worn my armor and my psg and damage is being absorbed by both armor and shield so if thats it then they are wrong

This is a real responce
what gets me angry is it is a locked resonce....
I have a whole crate i cant use --
I know they work out of a box with armour -- I jumped a shuttle doing bh missions to grind investigation and was watching my combat to see how much damage --
well it was not working and lost no condition after the first shutle hop.
on customer service forum i have yet to get a responce

I submitted 3 tickets , wait 4 , very calmly very nicely asking as to why i couldnt replace a shuttleport after an empty treasury ate the old one, ( the city still recognized the old one as existing ) i never even recieved a response 
, unfortunatly this caused me to have to start a new city 
but all is well.

CSRs in game really suck...all they do is give those crappy pre written responses...

they really have never helped me with anything...when asking about the bugged RIS component drops they pretty much said that i was just getting unlucky...im not even hunting them! i pay people to loot them for me...i reported another ticket saying look ive been seeing a lot of people experiencing the same problems as me...then i got warned for submitting too many tickets lol (an issue ive previously been suspended for)
if one thing in this game has to change its the CSRs...they need to get fired or start caring more about people's problems in game, but atm theyre a bunch of idiotic jerks (most, not all)
