What will happen with our existing stocks of armor when the CURB hits? Any word?

ehh no one knows its not even in sandbox testing or so i hear just what the devs have said so far

Unless you are a mass seller of armor, I would not make huges stockpiles of armor other than Wookie and Ithorian Armor. From my understanding with the GCW revamp if you are GCW enabled the only armor you can wear at all will be Factional Armor but if you are placed on on-leave status then you can wear any armor to hunt with.

I know of some old 'pre-nerf' items that didn't change when a change for that item went through and I know of others that did change. I guess it depends on what they want to do to us.

In one of the posts they mentioned current weapons and armor would be converted, but they want to make sure that if it was good pre-CURB, then it should be good post-CURB. No details on this yet as they say this will have to be worked out with testing.

Good question. I still have some Ithorian armor that's no good because it was pre-patch.

False. If you are Combatant orSpecial Forcesyou can wear factional armor. Neutralsand those "on leave" cannot wear factional armor. There are no current restrictions on wearing the basic armor types, and I would not anticipate there ever being any specifically related to the GCW.
