I believe you can get the no decay kit back if you destroy the item, so it's not like you're wasting the kit if you use it on a weapon. If you want to use it on something else, just destroy whatever it's on and you'll get the kit back. I have not personally tested this, but I believe this is how they work. I have also not ever heard of anyone using them on armor. Can anyone verify that using the no decay kits on armor works?

A no-decay kit states that the item it is used on will no longer decay from use or death. Does this effect armor? For example, if I place a no decay kit on 40/90 sliced stun helm, will the helm be invulnerable and not decay through combat? I understand it will not decay if I die, but what about stoping damage in combat? Doesn't that decay the armor? Does the kit prevent that decay? And what about PSGs, will a no-decay PSG truely be invulnerable and last forever?

using it does not make it decay if you take damage or use the weapon, no matter what it wont break or anythin

so i guess you could get 9 anti decay kits and provided you are sadistic enough and have enough dedication to see it though . . .you could get a full set of madolorian armor . . .use the decay kits . . .and nothing would ever happen to it even if you fight in it all the time? Or you could use it all on RIS armor and never have to buy another suit!
Surely that wasnt intended? or was it?

Thats my question, can I use it on an uber 4pc PvP stun suit and have it never decay? I have several no decay kits already from ym accounts and a few friends, so it would be an option for me. Does damage=decay?

Yes you can, several of my customers have requested special suits to do this with.

hey, WAIT till after damn CU, lol
i am not going to WASTE a valuable item like a no decay kit, if i probably need about three diffrent sets of armor to be well stocked for CU, and i dont even know if uber comp is still gonna be uber after CU.
we dont now if 4 item sets will be protecting us fully.
dont use em on guns, hehe since we dont know how guns are working after CU.
and hey, i would not even use on a lightsaber before CU hits live.
i wanna know whats going on before i use my no decay kit, hehe
so there are a lot of ??? on this matter.

why dont u try it out??????? u say u can get them back if u destroy the item....so put it on a peace of junk armor, go fight and see if it works.......then destroy the armor and get the kit back......or do u not believe in what u say.

Of course I believe in what I say. I haven't tried it yet because I haven't claimed a reward yet. I'm still deciding what I want. Jump down my throat why don't ya.
