Thread: Price Check 7% Janta Hide and what to do with them

Just bought 4 7% janta hide from a guildmate... dont know if i ripped him off... payd him 300k for it.
and now im thinking about what i should do with it.... a stun helmet or save it and put it in a RIS armor...
Any input is appeciated.

ask your local trade boards about this please, i have no idea what the goin rate for janta hides is on your server.

i'd go with ris i think, since i can make 3 or 4 pieces with em.
for comp you can just make 1 helmet

almost might be overkill for RIS. it's fairly easy to hit 80% base on RIS without janta hide, so using it on that might not be of any help. i guess you could maybe find some good red cubes and use those in the interwoven segs instead of yellow ones to reduce the ham a bit, and you could probably spend most of your points bringing the ham down further instead of worrying about base.
a stun helm would be nice, but even then you're only looking at 73 or 74% base, and you can only make 1 helm with them, so if you get an enc slice, the helmet is just about worthless.

300k is a good price. Prob could had gotten more, but you didn't rip him off.

dont know about 300k for them...i just bought 4 6% hides for 28k soooooo.....300k is crazy......i make low stun helms (Just to get it out of nonprotect) put 3% hides in them and hit 74% base...which makes for a eazy slice (what 22%)...if i had 7% that would be 78% base(16%slice) real nice even with a encum slice it would still be worth alot.......for me 300k is over priced......
