we need some more information on what you intend to do with it.

If you put it into 3 layer composite the inital assemble valuse are usaly good enought. so you would put all you expermentation in to the base/Quaity of the layer. which would be like 3 to 5 %

If you were to put it into Ubese you will need to experment in the the resistance of the layer to get it up to like 13 to 15%.

Yeah, I was thinkin' about using it in ubese but also want to used them in comp armor too.

For comp, you max out base. For ubese, you max out kinetic. I know with the resources I use, I can hit 96%, which I think is around 4.8. Not completly sure on that though.
