So. I'm sitting at work and I'm thinkin':

"Hey! Maybe I oughta buy a set of all these other armors that look so cool- like Padded and that whatchamacallit Insect one- 'cause when the CURB comes and balances everything out prices will rise!"

But I'm not even sure if anyone is making them ATM unless it is for XP.

I remember once seriously searching for someone to make me a hardcore suit of (god, why can't I think of the Insect Armor name now!?) bug armor and not being able to find anyone who made it with any dedication.

My question is- Are any of you making good versions of the other armors and if so...are they selling? ...don't jack up the price on me now

P.S When ya'll gonna make the devs put bug armor out in jet black- DAMN! that would be cool.

the chitin and tantel sell very well mabari moves with crafters / surveyors as its decent to take the edge of those kinetic beasties w/o hardly any encumberance.

all in all, ive been working to collect all of the existing armor resources in case they either become viable in these armors post CURB, or if they are recycled into the new armors like certain wookiee and ithorian armor resources were when they were released.

OMG I USED TO MAKE TEH ARMOURZ.

I have the resources for everything, but atm only stock comp, ubese and padded.

chitin and padded along with composite and ubese sell the best for me, chitin and padded is more of a decorative suit unless asked for a good suit

I sell 75%kin padded now, not only custom orders, but factory run in black also. People buy it for a change, as they don't see it in other armor shops. I always use padded for my crafter -I make new colour every week (sliced for enc.) I start to wear it as adv., but it's really good for easy hunting, no need to chahge clothes ever, and everyone can seemy beautifull face I think we making so good looking chars not for have it constantly packed in standart compo set as clones.

Making padded is like bein a tailor -people (girls mostly)come to me for some special matching colour, and they may be very happy to get just a pair of boots - but specially made for them. I'v been a tailor before, so it's not something new for me, but I understand that playing style of many AS is complitly different and they just don't want to waist time.
